Itella - krapsana!!

This is the 4th day the item has not been delivered! It keeps saying “May be delayed by one day”
I called them 2 days ago and they said if by today it won’t be delivered to the parcel machine then you will send the item to my address. They have not even sent the item. Not to the machine not to my address. No one has contacted me they are thieves!
