Barbora - Bad service

Stay away from this online service. First time was ordering a gift for my friend and the delivery went with some difficulties. Delivery person could not even explain who is calling, so my friend did not accept and denied the call, knowing she did not order anything. On a second try she had to ask questions until she understood this is a grocery delivery.
Second time was trying to order a Christmas gift supposed to be delivered on Christmas Eve and now they did not bothered to deliver.
Sending numerous requests to their email and no attention.
Would like to have an explanation what is going on, why my Christmas surprise was ruined and if anybody at least cares? I wish everybody who is related to this to have similar situation, maybe then they will care. Still hope the document I uploaded will be reviewed and as a number of the order is there the customers service will contact me to explain what is going on.
