Jacob Colinn - Undelivered order

On 13th of february my wife has placed an order for some julery at jacobcolinn.com. Order nr. 947170. Trader has confirmed receipt of payment on 14th of february.
There were no notifications about shipments.
Trader claims in e-shop help->delivery section production time of max 2 days and delivery time of max 11 working days. Which leads to expected delivery time 3rd of march.
Order has not been delivered so far.
Two e-mail requests to trader official e-mail address [slēpt]@jacobcolinn.com for shipment status update remain unanswered.
Telephone is not picked up. Telephone calls are not returned.
A full refund on order is required.
