They promised to respond within 2 days, after within 5 days.
First email was sent 22/07 and now it is 11/08
so in 3 weeks i got 1 email asking my personal details and thats all... (btw it was in my first email)
jus dont use them!
Waste of time, no response, they just charge money from you and that is all.
I cannot event tell how frustrated i feel for paying for service that i cannot use!

Nothing new. Its also 21st century try to call them or visit one of their service centers.

Can't visit them due to working hours, and calling them is hell tried 3 times after 10+ mins being on line waiting for someone to answer I just stop and they charge money for each minute you call...
And probably you can't cancel anything by phone
