Swedbank - Bad service

Today i visited a bank in Sweden, hudding. I waited an hour for a visit, my impressions are bad after the visit of this bank. I am from Ukraine, i decided to choose this bank. The staff is not polite, when asked if the employee knows english they laughed at me, did not help me solve my problem, did not even try to explain something. I feel offended, employees do not value their customers, i will choose another bank.
