Klondaika - Slikts serviss

On the evening on June 15 at Klondaika on Dzirnavu, the bartender filled my beer to the 0.4 line instead of the 0.5. When I (politely) asked him to top me off, he (rudely) accused me of drinking from the glass and trying to scam the bar for 100 ml of free beer! The waitress saw what was happening and immediately topped me off, no questions asked.
