AtrisinātaHesburger - Missing food

Today I order 1 VEKE set, Nuggets and 1 VEKE from K.barona Hesburger through APP for takeaway. As usual the order was missing when I luckily open the contents before leaving the restaurant and 1 veke burger was missing. Out of 10 times, 7 times there is something missing from hesbeurger orders. Careless staff, always short of staff. I always waste 3-4 euros in hesburger because they always miss something while packing. Moreover, reciept was not provided at the time of receiving the order no if no receipt order is free. I want my money back for the order. I need my full refund. Complained through App as well hoping to get this sorted.
