Hello !
I would like to complain to the management about your employee. My wife and I went into one of your shops and were served by Svetlana. We tried to communicate in English. To which there was very bad communication , served as if we could not buy it and tried to impose her opinion all the time. With an attitude like that person do you really have to leave this shop and the pan they recommended is all screwed up. I would also advise others to consider whether it makes sense to shop with such a salesperson. And the firm should check their drapers on the national language.
