ELVI - formal complaint

my friend went to Elvi shop today on Tallinas street 66, and was treated extremely BAD by the security man at that shop, She came to riga just yesterday and her knowledge of latvian is very poor, so when she came to your shop to do shopping to buy various things for her new appartment she couldnt find something and aproached that "gentlemen" for assistance as there were virtually no other people around --- he was extremely rude to her, refused to speak to her in any other language apart from latvian, told her nasty things and basically made her cry...what the fuck was that? what kind of people work in your company?! i hope to hear a reply from someone about this! kind regards, John
