0 stars. Booked a car 1 week in advance. I was told to do a phone call 1 day before just to confirm that everything is ok with my booking and the car is available. I sent a text that i confirm my need of car and i called aswell man picked up a phone and told the adress and that everything is ok with my booking, on next day me, my sister and 3 children arrived on location and Rude man i believe the owner because employe would be fired for that attitude told us to get lost. He said sorry all cars are out yours too becouse first comes first is served and he is happy with his business and who cares about customer service if all cars are out right... And it was not possible to arange another car in riga because of high demand without prior booking week in advance, im not talking about quadrouple price and lux.
