DzīB Zasulauks - Heating

My friends from Real EU countries cant understand how its possible pay and dont have heating. But have rude staff, which make my life NOT comfortable in this DZIB Zasulauks. I cant belive that Im here in EU country. Its terrible!This staff cant work in DZIB Zasulauks.People deserve more better life for them money. And not deserve rude attitude towards them.
