No. 40103755037, and persons related to it - board member Sanita Apariņa, her husband - the actual owner of the company - Ziedonis Apariņš and the formal owner Oksana Apariņa (Ziedonis Apariņš's mother, publicly falsely referred to as Sanita Apariņa's mother).
These persons are associated with both the insolvency proceedings of individuals, the bringing of several companies to insolvency, and the implementation of forced liquidation schemes of several companies in order to avoid the execution of debt obligations both to private individuals and to the state.
In addition, persons related to the company are also associated with criminal and other illegal activities. For example, we are attaching the judgment of the Civil Cases Panel of the Riga District Court of March 6, 2023, in which it was decided to recover more than 16,000 euros from Ziedonis Apariņš for manipulating the gas consumption meter in his family home.
