Mēbeļu Outlet - chairs broke

2017 12 29 I odered 3 pcs Kresls Polo peleks from http://mebeluoutlet.lv/home/lv 2018 02 16. I took these chairs from Mebele Outlet Liepaja shop. One chair is perfect, one chair I can't assamble, because the holes driled not right. And another chair I can't assamble, because it is two the same parts.
I called several times, they say: you have to wait another month, please call next week, please send us email with reclamation.
I sent email with this information to [slēpt]@mebeluoutlet.lv March 21, 2018.
July 13, 2018 I still have not received good quality chairs. No answer at all !
