Bershka - slikts serviss
My name is Lena. I was visiting Latvia this week and decided to shop in ALFA mall with my daughter. I visited Bershka store today 24-05-2016 at 15:38. There were 3 sales associate working on the floor and one in the dressing room. Entire time my daughter and I shopping there associates were talking among each other not paying attention to the customers. Though one of them was folding merchandise , what I enjoyed seeing. My daughter picked out 4 pairs of jeans to try on. We went to the dressing room and a young lady welcomed us with a smile, however, did not say a word. Jeans did not fit and I went back to the floor to pick up a different size. I had to go back to the floor several times, till I finally found her size. Every time that I went back to the floor, the dressing room attendant did not offer to help me.
We went back to the floor and picked out a pair of men's shoes to purchase. I stepped to the register and a young lady named Elizabete came to check us out. She said "Hello" in Latvian and I replied "Hello" in Russian. The associate rang up the shoes and told me the total in Latvian. I DID APOLOGIZE and told her that I did not speak Latvian. She gave me a look and it made me feel terrible, I wanted to leave without a purchase. Then, she took my money and THREW the change on the counter with the receipt.
I decided to visit Latvia and shop and give my money to the company Bershka. Why would I even bother giving someone my money who does not appreciate it?
Never had I experienced this kind of disrespect.
Lena
