Lidl - Awful customer service

Yesterday had seen the most awful customer service from this shop member, who is one of the managers in the shop, slim woman with short black hair. When an old lady asked for help in russian, the manager in a rude manner said that Does not speak russian and walked away! So she understood that it was russian, but with misserable face expression left the woman. Shop assistant have to get some education and brains to understand that this is a work place where customers need help and doesn't matter if they speak other languages or are dependants. The clients does not need to think about anything else apart of their shopping when get into the shop. The shop assistant in A. Deglava street is damaging Lidl label. In Germany or UK you will never see so wild and terrible attitude like in Latvia to customers who are spending their money in the shop and paying salaries to the members.
